There r 3 speeds in the fuel consumption formula... pls elaborate...
Fuel Consumption = Number of Ships * Consumption * (Distance/35,000) * [Speed/100 * (base speed/effective speed)^.5 + 1]^2
OK, I tried the formula... the formula works IF and ONLY IF (base speed/effective speed)^.5 is rounded up to the nearest integer. This means.. (base/effective)^.5 is ALWAYS going to be 1. What's the point of having that in the formula?!?!?!
