ADVANTAGES
Charon Class Transport ships are the only way to shuttle workers to/from planets. Each allows you to shuttle up to 6 workers at a time. To build a level 4 Factory from scratch costs 6000 Ore, 1800 crystal, and 3000 Hydrogen. This makes the Charon Class the most economical way of putting droids on your colonies.
DISADVANTAGES
The Charon Class costs more than an Atlas Class Cargo and has little to no utility outside of moving workers around.
