Common Questions
- Why do I keep getting attacked?
- Read about fleet saving in 8 Rules to Live By.
- Is the Gaia consumed each time you create a colony?
- Yes, see Gaia Class for more info.
- How can I run more missions/attacks at the same time?
- You can run a number of missions or attacks equal to max fleets. See above for how to get more fleets.
- How does the interaction with my "buddies" or recruits work?
- Buddies and recruits are 2 different things, anyone you recruit shows up as crew and workers on your home-world, buddies are people you have friend-ed in game. You can do group attacks or group defense with anyone who is a buddy.
- While in Diplomacy Mode, can you still colonize other planets?
- Yes. Diplomacy mode only affects your ability to spy on or attack other players, and other players' ability to spy on or attack you. If you're in Diplomacy mode, then you can still colonize empty planets run missions, build ships or defenses, and harvest debris as usual.
- How can I progress if I don't have any crew?
- Crew are only needed to unlock missions. You can get more crew by building crew droids at the Factory
- What is the difference between deploying and transporting?
- When you Deploy, you send your ships and resources to another planet and when they get there, the resources are deposited on the planet and the ships stay in orbit around the planet. When you Transport, the resources are deposited on the target planet and the ships return to the originating planet.
