The StarFleet Menus are divided into 2 groups. The Overall Menu allows you to access your empire as a whole while the second group allows you to access specific areas of a selected planet.

Each menu will allow you access to all other menus, as well as the information of the currently selected planet. This includes an image of all of your 9 possible colonies which are selectable to take you directly to those planets within the current menu you have selected. As an example, if you are on the "Building" menu with you first planet selected you can quickly access any other planet's building menu by just clicking on that planet.
Your current Credit amount is also displayed below the planets resources (Ore, Crystal, and Hydrogen) as well as the current game time. You can spend your credits in the game store. Notifications of game events such as downtime, upgrades, maintenance, etc will be based on game time.
You can also access Messages, your Alliance Message forum, and your Buddies list from any Starfleet page.
