Evaluation
ADVANTAGES
Pretty much a more powerful version of the Laser Cannon. Has the ability to destroy Artemis Class ships in one hit.
DISADVANTAGES
Costs 4 times as much as the Laser Cannon for only 2.5 times the weapon strength, and although the Prometheus Class does not, the Ares Class still has Rapid Fire against it.
