The Construction building is available in Hired guns universe. Located on the Labor Territory, Construction reduces the time it takes to build ships and defenses. This bonus only affects the planet to which it is attached and the territory itself. There is no way to attach Construction to another territory (such as Alien Space Dock to speed building of alien ships). Construction will NOT reduce the time it takes to build buildings or droids.
The time to build Construction itself can be greatly reduced by building Foundry (halved for each level of Foundry, as usual)—as well as the generally available Capitol, of course.
