A veteran of :.GGLM.: (December-March) and, since March 12, 2010, the Founder and Leader of The White Star Fleet (WSF).
Being a long-time fan of the television series "Babylon 5", I have chosen most of my planet names from that series, and have unofficially named my two main battle forces "The Shadow Fleet" (covering mainly Galaxy 47; its base planet is quite fittingly named Z'ha'dum) and "The Rim Fleet" (which operates out of several bases in Galaxies 83-86, in mutual support of the bulk of my current alliance).
After my (unwilling, though not wholly unexpected) departure from :.GGLM.: in March, I founded The White Star Fleet (WSF), from a combination of what I learned there, my own playing style, and the sentiments embodied in this quote from "Babylon 5": "Never start a fight, but always finish it." - Captain John J. Sheridan, Military Governor of Babylon 5 and Entil'Zha of the Rangers . The White Star Fleet, although not originally intended as such, was partially transformed into a regional training alliance due to the inexperience of some of our earliest recruits (a number of rookie players who answered an ad on the game forums, mostly located in Galaxies 83, 85 and 86), and our experienced players have partially relocated there as well.
In Universe 2, I am the leader of the Shadows (Shadows) alliance.
I'm also a fairly active checker of the Wiki. In real life, I'm employed as a professional driver for the local public transit agency's by-appointment service for the handicapped.
