This template is for marking contents in the wiki as historical, it will insert the box shown above where it is used. It also include the Category:Historical Content to the page.

How to use this template

Add the template to top of the section that is up for changes. If it is valid for the entire page, place it as the first line of the page.

Parameters

part

(optional) The type of the part that is subject to changes. Examples: article, page, section, sub-section, image.

Default value is page.

title

(optional) The title of the message.

Default value is This page is currently inactive and is retained for historical reference.

text

(optional) Text to give more information about the reason for keeping the content.

Default value is Either the page is no longer relevant or consensus on its purpose has become unclear. To revive discussion, seek broader input via the talk page.
