How do you deploy the Heph?

I can't find any instructions on HOW to deploy the Heph. Instruction would be appreciated.

(above question is over a year old, but whatever) It can only be done on the Galaxy page. With the planet (better to be a moon) at which the Hepha is located current, go to the Galaxy page and where before there were "colonize" links in empty planet slots, it will now also say "orbit". Click on one of those. Don't forget to include some hydro. ⚙Zarchne 19:25, 17 January 2014 (UTC)

Reported issue

Here is some reported issues with a Heph:

Can someon look at my heph in ‎[x:x:x] and see the whether its attackable ?? I sent it on a dock mission but cancelled it to redeploy - seems my heph has landed on the galaxy screen and pinned altho with my fleet still hours out so if it is I'm well and truly screwed ! ...

... Well, BFG (Darren) has replied to me - he's confirmed its glitched (dont think they anticipated this particular situation) but that there's nothing he can do to free the heph or protect the fleet. ...

...I think what happened is that I sent it @10% and cancelled just before it arrived; what the system then did was increase the heph's speed to a full 100% on the return leg - so it arrived in system in 10 hours, not 100 !

Its fair enough, but that mechanic system should be fully explained in the wiki as its a pretty serious point ! ...

Attacking

Can an undeployed Hephaestus class attack platform be sent along with an attack fleet on a regular attack mission?

If so, does the fleet ride on the heph, or separately?
