| + | (This is a bit of introspection.) I'd like to think that when it comes to administrating and moderating the wiki, I'm a pretty laissez-faire person. In other words, I'm generally hands-off. If someone blatantly spams I'll revert the mess without making a fuss about it. If someone makes a page or edit that I find odd, I'll ask them about it then take action accordingly. When someone is a major help to the wiki I give them a thank you. Otherwise, you don't really see too much from me. I used to be a natural leader but nowadays I prefer to do grunt work whenever someone needs it. Virtually all of the cosmetic changes that have occurred on here starting in late 2010 were made by [[User:Phil Sutherland|Phil Sutherland]], while [[User:Gary Mintz|Gary Mintz]] has done an extensive job of organizing the alliances and keeping the place clean lately. | ||
