If someone blatantly spams I'll revert the mess without making a fuss about it. If someone makes a page or edit that I find odd, I'll ask them about it then take action accordingly. When someone is a major help to the wiki I give them a thank you. Otherwise, you don't really see too much from me. I used to be a natural leader but nowadays I prefer to do grunt work whenever someone needs it.
