Our Alliance Basics

The STAR ALLIANCE is for experienced players who have progressed in the game and can appreciate the finer points of it as well as for those who are just starting out and need to find a footing in the cold, dark expanse of space. If you are experienced in the game and are looking for an Alliance where you are appreciated, encouraged and have attack support and defensive cover we are the Alliance you want to hook up with. Whether you are new to the game or an old hand, we have a place for you in our "family".

Our Alliance of over 150 strong has been in the top #10 Alliance Rankings for many, many months. Due to our growth in numbers and our great quality people, almost 70% of our members are ranked #3000 or better. We have 33 members who are ranked in the top #1000. Nine of our members are ranked under #200.

We look out for each other and promote a peaceful co-existence with many other Alliances. These buddy agreements amount to many thousands of other friendly Starfleet Commander Extreme players who will come to your aid if you ask them to.

We use these two support programs with regularity to insure we do well on raids and in other military actions:

1) Battlecalc: A Starfleet Commander program that simulates what would happen given a particular attacking forces arrival at a defenders colony or lunar base. The program is totally customizable and it has "Saved Our Bacon" many, many times.

2) Sfcstats: This program lets us input galaxy data into a usable format so we can find any member of Starfleet Commander Extremes location colony-wise. We are at this point updating our database every week or so. This program will let you search the universe for (I) and (i) members, you can search by member ranking, you can even search for members by game name and there are even MORE ways to look for information in our secure database!

Although we are a peaceful Alliance we participate in group attacks and defends along side fellow Alliance members and NAP partners. We also warn aggressive and belligerent gamers about attacking our Star Alliance members and NAP partners.

If the person does not respond in a proper way OR gives us a bad attitude, we HAVE collectively taught these types of people a painful lesson they will NOT soon forget:

We also individually and in our group attacks search for those who do not for one reason or another live by one of the cardinal principles of the game:

Fleet saving = a SAFE fleet

NOT fleet saving = NO FLEET

What You Get

When you join The Star Alliance, you get these benefits and more:

• We now have "Galaxy Statistics" which will be updated on a regular basis via sfcstats.com . If there is someone bothering you and they have colony's outside of the galaxy(s) you live in, you can contact other Star members or NAP partners to deal with these people.

These statistics can be searched according to name, Alliance, and activity in the game. Also, you will no longer need to scroll through many galaxy maps expending precious hydrogen looking for inactive players to farm from.

• You will get LOTS of fun and camaraderie .... our forum is almost ALWAYS active!
• Use our Alliance chat room for Group Attacks and Group Defending..... we also have a good time telling jokes and swapping story's about recent conquests, battles and things that went terribly wrong....... ;-)

Everyone who joins Star Alliance has a military rank associated to how they have progressed in the game according to the amount of points they garner and the resulting rank in the game that results:

Master Sergeant (MSG) RANK # 1 - 750 (Rank in the Game)

Sergeant First Class (SFC) RANK # 751 - 1500 (Rank in the Game)

Staff Sergeant (SSG) RANK # 1501 - 2500 (Rank in the Game)
