Evaluation
ADVANTAGES
The most powerful defense in the universe. No ships have Rapid Fire against it, and it has the ability to destroy an Athena Class in one shot, assuming that the defending player's attack has been upgraded to eleven and the attacking players armor level is at zero.
DISADVANTAGES
The only downside of the Plasma Cannon is that it is quite expensive.
