A NAP, or non-aggression pact, is an agreement between two alliances not to attack each other unless given specific permission. Players who belong to an alliance in a NAP with your alliance are highlighted in green on the Galaxy Screen.
To Start NAP Proceedings click on Alliance then Relations. Then you search for the Alliance you are looking for and select Request NAP.
