Kansas or OZ is an alliance created specifically for the purpose of supporting family members and friends as they build their skills. It is open to all without regard to rank or region. Of course distance is a factor always, but friendship has no limits.
Currently, OZ spans from G19 to G22 plus 1 in G65.
