Your Crew are the people who work for your fleet. You get them by sending invites from the Crew Page.
Crew members can be assigned to various roles, such as Builder, Scientist, Miner, and Captain.
Also many Missions require you to have a certain size crew to run them (though the crew does not have to participate in the mission). You can get crew points either by inviting friends to play the game (only new ones who have not previously played the game count) or by building Crew Droids.
