The Construction building is available in Hired guns universe. Located on the Labor Territory, Construction reduces the time it takes to build ships and droids. This bonus only effects the planet to which it is attached and the territory itself. Construction will NOT reduce the time it takes to build buildings.

-Weapons Tech (level 9)
-Armor Tech (level 8)
-Shield Tech (level 7)
-Jet Drive (level 6)
-Pulse Drive (level 6)
-Warp Drive (level 3)
-FTL Tech (level 3)
-Advanced Research Communication Network (level 1)
