Knights of the Bitter Half-Dragon or KotBHD is a Starfleet Commander game alliance that spans the numerous galaxies, systems, and planets. The alliance allows free-trade and protection from aggressors.
There are no requirements to join the "KotBHD". To apply for membership, simply search for "KotBHD" under the alliance option. Follow the prompts to request admission into the alliance. All are welcome.
