Research is globally available - it can be researched anywhere and it will apply to all of your ships & colonies inclusively. How many workers?
The page reads "You may add one worker to a Lab, plus one extra worker for every 3 levels. Research Effects
can i research say....warp 4 from a colony and it will apply to my other colonies and homeworld.....or do i have to research it from my homeworld for it to apply to my colonies..???? ty
