The WHO alliance is an Alliance in the game Starfleet Commander. This alliance currently spans from Galaxies 16 to 42. Currently we have a roster of 26 members. We are a fast growing alliance dedicated in just having fun, learning more about the game and helping people.

The WHO alliance is a group that is full of active members who share knowledge, resources and is organized. Our goal is to help any new player to gain the skills needed to advance higher in the leader boards. If you are a very active member and participate on a daily basis we will promote you to an officer and assign you to a specific concentration so that the benefit of the group can be met. Overall you will be given resources, knowledge, and a sense of belonging.

Join Procedures: Click on alliance, In the Search box type in WHO then send us a message that you are interested in joining us as well as why Then our officers will approve you.

We also have a facebook page called starfleet WHO. Here you can have others give you gifts of resources free each day. All you have to do is make the group members your friend and "PUT in the message line starfleet" so that we recognize you. The more friends you get the more gifts you get. We do this daily and hope that you join.
