The United Confederate of Planets has arisen. A new age in the galaxy is about to begin. An age of Peace, Exploration, Freedom, and Galactic stability for all in its empire. No mater the cost. We shall live peacefully and separately from all other forms of governments and empires that are out there.
This Confederacy shall be "The United Confederate of Planets "
I. Each System retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the Confederation.
II. A System shall be defined as an individual delegate spanning all their planets and moons.
The said Systems hereby enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defense, the security of their liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding themselves to assist each other, against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of sovereignty, trade, or any other pretense.
