What are build points? (Answered my own question: it's a synonym for resources spent points)

Posted by Leo Southworth: That should be noted on the "Resources Spent" button as I am not the only one who had to search for the information after reading the section on "Newbie Protection". That is another place where the correlation should be made clear.

Does this even work? The options menu says "You currently cannot be attacked since you are at or below 100 resources spent points. Once you reach that threshold you will have the option to go into diplomacy mode. " I'm still getting attacked. Take questions like this to the message board, or file a support request in-game.
