Since HEPs act like a Planet- when they fill a planet spot,

I feel its only fair that they should be able to be Targeted by IPBM's...

you'd proably need 60 or more to take one down.. but its a start.

So if you agree with my idea-

Please email Blue frog and ask them very nicely

to please change the game to allow HEP's to be

targeted by IPBM's.
