In that endeavor, it is our hope that your relations with us stay pleasant and entertaining regardless of the exercise of in-game rules and regulations for fair and impartial game play between players. ABOUT US:
Originally formed by Ptonjalken, NEOTERRAN is currently one of the oldest and most venerated alliances within Starfleet Commander. NEOTERRAN is a modestly-sized, motley group of players bound together by a transcendent sense of community with one another, yet highly individualistic. Their elite members hail from a variety of tactical gaming styles, entertaining different strategies with an open mind for improved game play. The NEOTERRAN membership has a delicate but successful balance between veteran and fresh blood. Their successes can be seen through their dominance in multiple areas of the Leaders board along with a high alliance average despite having a disproportional number of its members below the alliance mean. While not a designated training alliance, the simple exposure to the veteran gaming outlook within NTA rapidly aligns new members to exhibit dominant traits. While we will accept and review all applications submitted, our current focus is on finding the exceptional player to join our ranks. There are many worthwhile alliances out there and we believe that alliances should be a good fit for the individual joining it.
RECRUITMENT:
The officer core of NEOTERRAN takes caution when accepting new members. While skill and verifiable progress is definitely a factor, those who thrive within the NTA environment absorb core NTA values and are active in its community.
MORAL COMPASS:
As quoted from previous NTA Leader Psiosa:
"I personally believe that our values need to be intrinsic and perpetual in practice. Because we acknowledge players are real people too in the real world, it is never our intent to exhibit great cruelty, cause psychology harm or distress over a game. We believe it should be fun for everybody." That said, our actions are dictated by the rules of engagement as established by Blue Frog Gaming. In-game realities are defined by the Creator and we are merely participants.
Please note that in our endeavor to have fun, we do focus on maximizing the number of targets that are available to our members. All of our officers have signed on for public duty to serve the interests of NTA and its members. Our Leader is here to serve the officers and facilitate in their duties to our members.
