Transport

A transport mission is used to shuttle resources from one planet to another. You can transport resources to anyone who's rank is higher than your own. For example, a player ranked #2400 can not transport to a player ranked > #2400 (i.e #2300). When a transport mission is sent, the ships will travel to the target planet, drop off all resources in their cargo, and then return to the world they were originally sent from.
