Transport
From Starfleet Commander
A transport mission is used to shuttle resources from one planet to another. You can transport resources to anyone. When a transport mission is sent, the ships will travel to the target planet, drop off all resources in their cargo, and then return to the world they were originally sent from.
Notes
Recent changes block attempts to transport to players of higher rank is not allowed. This has always been against the rules and is now enforced by the game.
