The Dark Federation of Darkness is exclusively a StarFleet Commander Extreme Alliance.

Representing a tight knit group of players led by Darth Mark, formerly led by Matt Folmar and founded by Dark Panda, this alliance calls G11 its home galaxy. Just recently there was a significant divide in that at least half of the officers broke off to form an alliance termed "The Lords of Destiny" which is also mainly centered in G11 and led by Kyle McClain. Players interested in more information should look up the alliance and PM the leader for more information. The Dark will Rise Again.

Those curious - The Dark does not consider itself evil or particularly nefarious. Consider the Darkness of the Void. Sure, it makes you shudder, but the void would equally consume anyone foolish enough to be unprepared.
