This page should be deleted because it is only a recruiting tool and is completely irrelevant to anybody in the game.
It is part of the Alliance List page. Unless you delete that entire list, this page is acceptable to remain. And I quote from the heading of the Alliance List page page, "This list also provides an opportunity to add a detailed, more in depth description of your alliance" and "Please feel free to add any new alliance."
