I am copying and moving the contents of Teardown to Buildings > Functions. Why? Because I'm not really sure how to move it.

Lame - have to spend resources to tear something down.... but you can't recycle the building.... anyone see something odd about that?

I partially agree. I dont think you should be able to recycle the full amount, and I do think you should spend resources to teardown.
