Is level 40 the maximum level? or can you go higher? Either way I think this should be explicitly noted.

- Does it really matter? by my calculations, with no miners for bonus, it would take 995 days to pay for itself, and even with a full complement of 4% miners it still would take 642 days to pay for itself so I can't see it being too popular.
