Resource saving

Resource saving is the act of saving resources so that a raiding fleet will not steal them from you. There are a couple common ways to go about this:
1. Deploy the resources to another planet using cargo. 2. Spend it on ships, defenses, buildings and research. Buildings and research are usually preferable because they allow you to hit cancel after the attack lands and get the resources back.
