Description

Northern Lights is an aggressive alliance that is focused on teaching new members, while destroying those who fail to fleetsave. We are a relatively small alliance located in the 60-80 galaxy range, but our size doesn't hold us back from success. Well-organized and fair, we constantly rotate our officership positions to keep our alliance strong and encourage members--both new and old-- to join us in our quest to dominate the Starfleet Universe. NAP's aren't really our thing, so don't be alarmed when we end up in war. We are constantly on the ready and we don't back down without a fight.

Mission Statement

The Northern Lights Alliance prides itself on a set of morals that we instill in our members. Not only do we strive for sheer domination, but we greatly value success in even the smallest amounts, as well as outstanding leader and officership. We encourage members to fleetsave, learn from their mistakes, and mostly, always push the limits of themselves and others.

Current Alliance Rules

1) The officers are not babysitters. If you didn't fleetsave, it's not anyone's problem but your own. ((Though if you did get hit, because you didn't fleetsave, report it anyway.))

2) Don't start a fight you can't finish.

3) Have Fun! :)

Officership Rules and Ranks

Officer ship will be granted to five individuals every month. It may be the same people it may be different people.

It will be based on a combination of rank and contribution to the alliance. Remember, if officership is taken away, you may not have done anything wrong, just someone may deserve it a bit more. Note that members in diplomacy mode without plan to leave within a matter of days will not be given officership.

Also, there will be a few special positions that will be given to members or officers based on ability to do the job:

-Diplomat: This person is used to smooth those ever bending disputes with other alliances and possibly even with some bigger issues between our own members or between our members and some bigger individuals outside of Northern Lights.

-Recruiters: No need to explain this one

-Organizer: This one keeps some kinda record our members. (Their fleet strength, where their main fleets are at the moment etc.). No need to tell that this person must be 150% reliable cause that information is critical. Organizer would also plan rebuilds cause there will be crashes in our side also.
