''Nobunaga's Overachieving Bastards'' is built as a training alliance to help players of all levels to learn, refine and polish their skills.

We offer new players:

- How to play

- How to avoid being hunted to extinction

- How best to develop in a successful and profitable direction

For more experienced players we offer:

- Skills necessary to successfully establish and build an alliance

- Leadership skills

- How to identify, recruit and grow an alliance

- Skills to be a better contributor to any alliance

We do this via a highly interactive Alliance message board where no question is "too stupid" or "too simple".

We have an open door policy: we don't require that you stay with us forever, in fact, we actively encourage members to "leave the nest" and spread their wings. We will accept members from all levels from the rank new player to top players. Basically anyone who wants to contribute to their and other's growth within the game.

The leader is Nobunaga, the former leader of one of the top alliances in the game: Empire.

His top lieutenants (and co-teachers) are some of the top players in the game and many have been playing Starfleet Commander since, at the longest, the beta release so the knowledge that they have accrued can help you improve your game development.

If you have players that need some polishing OR You desire players to come to your Alliance with a good solid set of skills

Please refer them to us and as you need players ASK US. We will post your request on our Alliance board that you are looking for free agents and you can rest assured that if they come to you with our stamp of approval you will be getting quality, low maintenance and strong contributors to your alliance.

Our leadership is:

Nobunaga

Maniac Moose

Krammy

l'assasino silenziosos

DeFace

Richard Canham

Please feel free to ask us any questions.

(Please note: we have capped our alliance size at 125 to ensure the appropriate student to teacher ratio. If we are at that cap, you will be queued for the next available seat when a player graduates.)
