When you edit a page, as you seem to do with that alliance page often, instead of hitting "save page" every time, you can simply hit "Show preview". That will update how the page looks without making those changes permanent. When you're satisfied with how it looks, hit "Save page". By using Show preview, you won't be filling the Recent Changes list with little edits to the same page over and over. I just checked the Recent Changes and a good fraction of them are all from you.
