Abandoning a planet

A user can abandon a planet they have colonised.
To do so, the user must ensure that there are no missions/deployments under way.
Any flight leaving the planet will disable the 'Abandon' button until that flight arrives at the destination planet. The reason behind this is that should the user decide to recall the mission, it would return to the planet being abandoned, which doesn't make sense.
