True Pug Empire (Pug)

One of the top five alliances in Starfleet, The True Pug Empire is not overtly aggressive, but does fiercely protect their members. A highly active and organized , the mission of us Pugs is to obtain galactic dominion through strong organization and communication (and blowing up some stuff on the side wouldn't hurt too much I suppose.)

"I would rather have an army of dogs led by a Pug than an army of Pugs led by a dog."

Pugs are mostly harmless creatures that give their resources and ships willingly to all comers. Send a lone Artemis at one of their planets and they will donate their fleets to be debris fields in orbit over your planet for easy harvesting.
