Talk:Transport

Why can't I transport some stuff to my friend? Neither of us is in diplomacy mode.

  • I've noticed something odd I'd like a comment on by someone knowledgeable in this. When I transport resources (say ore) from one planet to another, if the planets capacity for holding that much is exceeded by the transport, the ore is not lost, but rather the limit is exceeded and any mines on that planet simply stop producing. eg, planet B has a ore capacity of 150,000 and already has 50,000. I transport 125,000 to planet B from Planet A and now it is sitting with 175,000 when the cap for the planet is 150,000. The mine simply stops putting out but the overage is not lost. Is this what is supposed to happen?

Yes. This is what is supposed to happen. Therefore, storehouses aren't particularly useful until you're really putting out the resources.

Hey! Appears like you've a great group going on right here. I'm unable to put up wherever else simply because my password hasn't arrived yet, but I wanted to introduce myself here in this. Title is Maxwell; At the moment finishing up my Physics Major at OSU, and will in all probability stay at OSU for my graduate studies. I'm a current convert on the YEC model and I am very thrilled to understand a lot more about it -- which is why I am here. I possibly will not put up for per week or so, as I'll be investing my time reading all previous messages trying to have a really feel for what has currently been discussed. I appear ahead to debate and discussion.
