Processor is a Starfleet Hired Guns building. It is only available on the Resource Vault Territory. The purpose of the Processor is to transfer resources to the linked planet; that is, it enhances the COLLECT function. Higher levels confer shorter travel times.
Collection times are independent of the the distance of the territory from its planet. Each level shortens the time by a factor of the square root of 2. That is, every two levels cut the time in half.
Requirements
Processor must be built on a Resource Vault. It cannot be built beyond the Production Link level.
