A Human Worker rewarded to you when you invite a friend to Starfleet Commander from the Crew Page and they accept the invitation. That person must not be previously registered for the game.
A Human Worker provides the following benefits:

| Mining Bonus: | 2% |
| Research Bonus: | 2% |
| Build Bonus: | 2% |
Note: before a certain point, human workers gave boni of a basic android (4%, 4%, 4%, and 3 crew points respectively). To minimise abuse of the inviting of new players, the system was modified to the stats above giving a basic android (above) upon the recruit reaching 10,000 RSP.
