Tag -- I assume you mean in the title of the wiki page. I'll try to do that.
General location -- Now, that would be telling. I consider that information to be a state secret.
Overall ranking -- That can be done.
The philosophy of the alliance -- The Declaration of Values is an expression of our ethos. Beyond that, each member plays by his/her own philosophy.
Internal structure, or as much as you wish to reveal -- What you see is what you get. You gotta love leagues. Structure is nearly anathema.
Approximate member count -- Can do.
Rules and regulations that are distinctive of the alliance. -- Again, state secrets.
NAPs and WARs -- A state secret.
