The Build Droid is used to build buildings. When assigned to the Capitol, he speeds up the production of new buildings of all sorts. Other than the human Builder, they are the only type of worker that can be assigned there. You are allowed one worker for a level 1 Capitol, and then another 1 worker after every 3 new levels. So for instance a level 4 Capitol can have 2 workers, a level 7 can have 3, etc.
Each Build Droid increases the speed at which you can build by a set amount. The default Build Droid gives you a 2% speed boost.
Production
The Build Droid is produced at the Factory.
