Thanks for the suggestions. Here is a brief response.

• Tag -- I assume you mean in the title of the wiki page. I couldn't figure out how to do it, but it is in the protocol section. If you know a way to fix this, let me know. I'm an old HTML coder but have never had the time to bother with wiki coding.
• General location -- State secret.
• Overall ranking -- State secret.
• The philosophy of the alliance -- The Declaration of Values is an expression of our ethos. Beyond that, each member plays by his/her own philosophy.
• Internal structure, or as much as you wish to reveal -- What you see is what you get. You gotta love leagues. Structure is nearly anathema.
• Approximate member count -- State secret.
• Rules and regulations that are distinctive of the alliance. -- Again, state secrets.
• NAPs and WARs -- I've listed the number of NAPs currently held, but the specifics are a state secret.
