The TECH screen in the game indicates that only FTL Level 5 is required to build a Hades, not FTL Level 6.
70.171.216.203 "Its cargo hold is 1/2 the size of the Athena Class, which makes its range deployment limited at the expense of speed" is misleading. it neglects to consider that the hades class requires half the fuel that the ahtena does and that their effective attack-range is exactly the same.
play around in the fleet screen and find out. their ranges are identical. i'm going to delete this line in a day or two if i don't read any negative responses to this post. -Sci-Fiddy
