When a homeworld is created, it will always have 163 [[Planetary Fields]].
 
 
 
When a [[planet]] is created from a [[Gaia Class]] colony ship; however, it will have a random amount of [[Planetary Fields]] based upon which spot in the Solar System in which it was created.
