I personally put the candidate for deletion tag on it because of numerous spelling and grammar errors and not categorized properly. It will be removed when Page is fixed. I reviewed the edits. Shane added the deletion tag after all spelling errors were corrected and the article was cut to the bare minimum. Phil has since removed the deletion tag.
