Follow the rules of Dicta Boelcke and you shall survive. Follow them not, then you shall not survive. We fly as a team here. When we attack, we attack as a formation. If you are in a situation where you are alone and come under attack, and the forces are over whelming, you run. If the forces are such that you can take them on alone. So be it, but keep in mind, you are responsible for the outcome. Do not ask for resources to rebuild after your failure. I am not a harsh commander, in fact, I am somewhat lienient in many matters. The only thing that I expect from those in my Squadron is this. Follow your orders, do not argue, and for God's sake watch your back and the back of your fellow squadron mates. I expect every commander in my squadron to have high kill ratio's. If you do not. Then I will fire you. LOL I am attempting to create Squadrons of individuals who are not afraid to be aggressive in order to grow and advance in the game, but also who are willing to work together as a team. I am always looking for talented leaders. I believe that one of the traits of a great leader is the ability to find those who have the talents that he/she lacks, to succeed in getting the job done. I'm not looking for "Lap-Dogs". I'm looking for players who are new to the SFC Universe and players with experience in the SFC universe. I'm always looking for talent, as well as for skills. This is an Offizer ranked position and has Offizer privileges and the ability to add or remove members from the alliance. === 4) Hauptmann I Klasse/ Recruitment Offizer/Liason === (Duties: As a Recruitment/ Liason offizer you are Responsible for promoting our Alliance and recruiting new associates. Also responsible for diplomatic communication with other alliances, and establishing NAP's. And any other duties that may be assigned by the Squadron Commander or Executive Offizer.) This is an Offizer ranked position and has Offizer privileges and the ability to add or remove members from the alliance. === 5) Hauptmann II Klasse/ Jasta Commander === (Duties: As a Jasta Commander you are Responsible for organizing and assisting all Alliance members placed under your direct command. The Jasta commander is responsible for the training of any new recruits that are new to the game (first time players) placed under his command, and any other duties that may be assigned by the Oberst- CO or Oberstleutnant -XO) This is an Offizer ranked position and has Offizer privileges and the ability to add or remove members from the alliance. === 6) Oberleutnant- Offizer/Flight Leader === (Duties: As a Oberleutnant- Offizer/Flight Leader you are responsible for primarily assisting the Jasta Commander in the performance of his duties by, assisting with the training of new players to sfc who join our alliance. You will be coordinating others within the Jasta that are located in your primary Galaxy of operation. You will provide resources to assist with group defending or attacks when called upon to do so in your area of influence. You will report large targets that you are not able to take on by yourself, you will do this on the Squadron message boards. You will coordinate with the Chief of Security, and, if necessary, take direct control of all members of rank below you in your Jasta within your Galaxy of responsibility. In the event that group defends are needed in order to protect a fellow Alliance member, or Group attacks are needed, You will report directly to the Jasta Commander then to the Adjutant Offizer/ Security Operations Offizer.) This is an Offizer ranked position and has Offizer privileges but "does not" have the ability to add or remove members from the alliance. === 7) Leutnant/Pilot Offizer === (Duties: As a Leutnant/Pilot Offizer you are responsible for following the orders given to you by your Flight leader and others appointed over you. You will assist with coordinating others within the Jasta that are located in your primary Galaxy of operation. You will provide resources to assist with group attacks or defends within your area of influence. You will report large targets that you are not able to handle yourself on the Squadron message boards. You will coordinate with the Chief of Security, and if necessary, assume direct control of all equivalent ranked and below you within your management zone. In the event that group defends are needed in order to protect a fellow associate, or Group attacks are needed. You will report directly to the Jasta Commander then to the Adjutant Offizer/ Security Operations Offizer.) This is an Offizer ranked position and has Offizer privileges but "does not" have the ability to add or remove members from the alliance. === 8) Feldwebelleutnant/ Pilot Offizer === (Duties: As a Feldwebelleutnant/ Pilot Offizer That is, an NCO/Officer Recruit, you are responsible for cooridinating with others within your jasta for group attacks or defends, assist the Flight leader and Jasta Commander with training new alliance members who are new to the SFC Universe. To assist all Alliance members regardless of rank in group defends and attacks when and where needed. Reports directly to the Oberleutnant Flight Leader) This is an Offizer position and does have Offizer privileges but does not have the ability to add or remove members. === 9) Feldwebel === (Duties: As an Feldwebel (NCO) your responsibilities are to follow the directions of all Squadron Offizers appointed over you. To assist all Alliance members regardless of rank in group defends and attacks when and where needed.) This is NOT an Officer position and does NOT have Offizer privileges also does not have the ability to add or remove members. === 10) Private === (Duties: To be an active participant within the Squadron organization. To assist fellow Alliance members whenever possible) This is NOT an Offizer position nor does it have the ability to add or remove members. As you can see we have several Officer positions open as well as Zone Manager and Assistant Zone Manager positions available. We are always looking for new Associates to join our ranks. But it is my hope that it can grow to be a respected alliance among our peers. If you are interested in joining us, please submit your request and attach a memo indicating your current ranking, status (IE:diplomacy mode etc), Homeworld location (in this format:[xx:xx:xx]), and if you have been a member of any previous alliances and, with whom (This will not automaticly allow or dis-allow you in). We will not discriminate against someone from joining because of current status. If you are in diplomacy mode that is fine. Just know that it is more difficult and much slower to advance in the game that way. I understand that this is a game and Real Life takes precedence. It is for this reason that if you enjoy playing SFC but are reluctant to join an alliance because of being rejected due to your need to be in diplomacy mode, please give us consideration. Being a member of an alliance benefits you in that it provides assistance to you when you need it. A group of individuals joined by a common venture are much stronger than a single person on a quest.
