A Human Worker rewarded to you when you invite a friend to Starfleet Commander from the Crew Page and they accept the invitation. That person must not be previously registered for the game.
A Human Worker provides the following benefits:

| Build Bonus: | 2% |
Note: ...early in SFC game history, human workers gave the same bonuses as do Basic Androids (4%, 4%, 4%, and 3 crew points, respectively). To minimize the abuse of inviting new players, the system was modified to the stats above upon the recruit reaching 10,000 RSP.
