This building really needs some improvement.
The cost increases exponentially while the amount of resources protected remains constant w/out any extra protection (similar to *[Lunar Base] 's doubled price w/out any increase or change in what it produces).
This will not be useful at any point throughout the game.
Early game you're in Protected mode.
Mid game you're protected res isn't enough to justify the cost.
Late game you're fields available are needed for other more important upgrades.
