Sto-Vo-Kor [SVK] is an alliance currently lead by Aga Memnon for former members of the Klingon Black Fleet that are unhappy with the recent scandal around cheating by several members in leadership positions of KBF. Anyone may join, and there is a Council of Officers that vote on important issues to ensure that there is no monarch in charge of the alliance at any given time.
