This page should be deleted because it is only a recruiting tool and is completely irrelevant to anybody in the game.
It is part of the [Alliance List page]. Unless you delete that entire list, this page is acceptable to remain. And I quote from the heading of the [Alliance List page] page, "This list also provides an opportunity to add a detailed, more in depth description of your alliance" and "Please feel free to add any new alliance."
